About the Club

Formed in 1974, Wellingborough Saxon FC is a Mens Sunday League Football club. 

The club currently runs two teams, the 1st Team competes in the Championship of the Northants Nene Sunday League. The Veterans team compete in Division Two of the Milton Keynes Vets Sunday League. 

In 2021 the Club invested in two Automatic Defibrillator's, one for each team. These are available on each match day for both players and members of the public.

2024 will see the club reach an historic milestone of playing Grassroots football within Northamptonshire for 50 Years.
